After Sales Service

We provide free remote technical support via email or phone. Additionally, upon customer request, we can dispatch technical personnel to the customer’s site for on-site support. Please note that customers will bear the expenses for technical personnel outside China.

Customers are also welcome to send their technical staff to the Vinston factory for complimentary training.

Our comprehensive machine warranty lasts for one year. During this period, any non-artificially damaged parts will be replaced free of charge.

Once the warranty period ends, customers will need to repurchase any required parts and cover all associated costs.
