After Sales Service

 

We provide remote complimentary technical support via email or phone. Alternatively, upon customer request, our supplier can dispatch technical experts to the customer's factory for on-site technical support. However, the customer is responsible for the expenses of technical personnel located outside China.

Customers are also welcome to send their own technical staff to the Vinston factory for free training sessions.

The entire machine is covered by a one-year warranty. During this period, non-artificially damaged parts will be replaced at no cost.

Post-warranty, any damaged parts will need to be repurchased, with all related costs borne by the customer.
