After Sales Service

We offer complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Upon request, our supplier can dispatch technical personnel to your factory for on-site support. Please note, customers outside China will bear the expenses of technical personnel.

Customers are also welcome to send their technical personnel to the Vinston factory for comprehensive training at no cost.

Our machines come with a one-year warranty. During this period, any non-artificially damaged parts will be replaced free of charge.

Post-warranty, customers will need to purchase replacement parts, bearing all associated costs.
