After Sales Service

We offer complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Upon request, we can dispatch technical personnel to your factory for on-site support, with expenses covered by the customer for locations outside China.

Customers are also welcome to send their technical personnel to the Vinston factory for free training sessions.

Our machinery comes with a one-year warranty covering non-artificially damaged parts, which can be replaced free of charge within this period.

After the expiry of the warranty period, any damaged parts must be repurchased, with all associated costs borne by the customer.
