After Sales Service

We offer complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. If preferred, upon customer request, our supplier can dispatch technical personnel to the customer's facility for on-site assistance. However, customers are responsible for the expenses of technical personnel located outside China.

Customers are also welcome to send their technical personnel to the Vinston factory for comprehensive, free training.

Our complete machine comes with a one-year warranty. During this period, any non-artificially damaged parts can be replaced at no cost.

After the warranty period, any damaged parts need to be repurchased, with all associated costs borne by the customer.
