After Sales Service

We provide complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Additionally, at a customer's request, we can dispatch technical personnel for on-site support, with customers covering expenses for personnel outside of China.

Customers are welcome to send their technical personnel to the Vinston factory for complimentary training.

Our complete machines come with a one-year warranty, covering non-artificially damaged parts, which can be replaced free of charge during this period.

After the warranty period, replacement of damaged parts will incur costs to be borne by the customer.
