After Sales Service

 

We provide complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Additionally, upon customer request, we can dispatch technical personnel to the customer's factory for on-site support; however, customers outside China are responsible for associated expenses.

Customers are welcome to send their technical personnel to our Vinston factory for free, comprehensive training sessions.

Our machines come with a one-year warranty. Within this period, parts damaged not due to user negligence can be replaced at no cost.

Post-warranty, replacement parts must be purchased, and all related costs will be the customer's responsibility.
