After Sales Service

 

We provide complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Upon customer request, we can dispatch technical personnel to the customer's site for on-site support, with all expenses for personnel located outside China to be borne by the customer.

Customers also have the option to send their technical staff to the Vinston factory for complimentary training.

Our machines come with a one-year comprehensive warranty. During this period, parts that are not damaged due to misuse can be replaced free of charge.

Post-warranty, any damaged parts will need to be repurchased, with all associated costs borne by the customer.
