After Sales Service

 

We provide complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Upon request, we can also send technical personnel to your factory for on-site support, with the customer covering expenses for personnel located outside China.

Customers are also welcome to send their technical personnel to the Vinston factory for free training.

Our machines come with a one-year warranty. During this period, non-artificially damaged parts will be replaced at no cost.

Post-warranty, any damaged parts will need to be repurchased, with all costs borne by the customer.
