After Sales Service

 

We provide complimentary remote technical support through email or phone. Should the need arise, and upon customer request, our supplier can deploy technical staff to the customer's facility for on-site support. However, customers are responsible for the travel and accommodation expenses of the technical personnel if located outside China.

Customers are also welcome to send their own technical staff to the Vinston factory for complimentary training.

Every machine is backed by a comprehensive one-year warranty. During this period, any parts not damaged due to human error can be replaced free of charge.

Post-warranty, customers will need to purchase replacement parts, bearing all associated costs.
