After Sales Service

We provide complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Upon request, we can dispatch technical personnel to your factory for on-site support, with travel expenses outside China borne by the customer.

Customers are also welcome to send their technical staff to the Vinston factory for free training sessions.

Our machines come with a comprehensive one-year warranty. During this period, parts damaged under normal usage conditions will be replaced free of charge.

Post-warranty, any required parts need to be repurchased, with all associated costs covered by the customer.
