After Sales Service

 

We offer complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Upon request, we can also dispatch technical personnel to the customer's facility for on-site support, with travel expenses outside China covered by the customer.

Customers are welcome to send their technical staff to the Vinston factory for free training sessions.

Each machine comes with a one-year warranty. During this period, any parts not damaged by human error will be replaced at no cost.

After the warranty period, parts that require replacement must be purchased by the customer, who will bear all associated costs.
