After Sales Service

 

We provide complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Additionally, upon request, we can deploy technical personnel to the customer's site, with the customer covering costs for personnel located outside China.

Customers are also welcome to send their technical staff to the Vinston factory for free training sessions.

Our machines come with a one-year warranty. During the warranty period, non-artificially damaged parts are replaceable at no charge.

Post-warranty, customers will need to purchase replacement parts and bear all associated costs.
