After Sales Service

 

We provide complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. For on-site support, we can dispatch technicians to your factory, with expenses covered by the customer for services outside China.

Customers are welcome to send their technical personnel to Vinston's factory for free, hands-on training.

Our machines come with a one-year warranty. During this period, non-user-damaged parts will be replaced free of charge.

Post-warranty, any damaged parts will need to be purchased by the customer, along with all associated costs.
