After Sales Service

 

We provide complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Additionally, upon request, we can dispatch technical personnel to your factory for on-site support, with costs for personnel outside China covered by the customer.

Customers are welcome to send their technical personnel to the Vinston factory for free training.

Our complete machine comes with a one-year warranty. During this period, non-artificially damaged parts are replaced free of charge.

Post-warranty, any damaged parts need to be repurchased, with all associated costs borne by the customer.
