After Sales Service

 

We provide complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Upon request, technical personnel can be dispatched to the customer's factory for on-site support, with the customer covering expenses outside China.

Customers are also welcome to send their technical personnel to the Vinston factory for complimentary training.

Our machines come with a one-year warranty. During this period, non-artificially damaged parts are replaced free of charge.

Post-warranty, any replacement parts must be repurchased, with all associated costs borne by the customer.
