After Sales Service

 

We provide complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. If needed, our supplier can dispatch technical personnel to your factory for on-site support, with all associated costs outside China borne by the customer.

Customers are also welcome to send their technical personnel to the Vinston factory for free training.

A one-year warranty covers the entire machine. Within the warranty period, we offer free replacements for parts not damaged by artificial means.

Post-warranty, any replacement parts are chargeable, and all related costs will be the customer's responsibility.
