After Sales Service

 

We provide remote free technical support via email or phone. Additionally, upon customer request, we can dispatch technical personnel to the customer's factory for on-site support. The customer is responsible for expenses incurred by sending technical personnel outside China.

Customers may also send their technical personnel to the Vinston factory for complimentary training.

The complete machine is covered by a one-year warranty. Non-artificially damaged parts can be replaced free of charge during the warranty period.

Post-warranty, damaged parts need to be repurchased, with all associated costs borne by the customer.
