After Sales Service

 

We provide complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Alternatively, upon request, our supplier can deploy technical experts to the customer's site for on-location support. However, customers are responsible for the expenses of technical personnel located outside China.

Customers are also welcome to send their technical staff to the Vinston factory for comprehensive training, free of charge.

Our entire machine lineup comes with a one-year warranty. During this period, any non-artificially damaged parts can be replaced at no cost.

Post-warranty, customers will need to repurchase any damaged parts, with all associated costs borne by the customer.
