After Sales Service

 

We offer complimentary remote technical support via email or phone. Upon request, we can dispatch technical personnel to the customer's factory for on-site support, with the customer covering the associated expenses outside China.

Customers are also welcome to send their technical personnel to Vinston's factory for complimentary training.

The entire machine is under a one-year warranty. During this period, parts damaged through no fault of the user can be replaced at no cost.

After the warranty expires, any replacement parts will need to be purchased, with all associated costs borne by the customer.
