After Sales Service

We provide free remote technical support via email or phone. If requested, our supplier can send technical personnel to the customer’s factory for on-site support. Note that customers outside China are responsible for related expenses.

Customers are also welcome to send their technical personnel to Vinston's factory for complimentary training.

The entire machine is covered by a one-year warranty. During this period, non-artificially damaged parts can be replaced free of charge.

After the warranty period, any damaged parts must be repurchased, with all costs borne by the customer.
